At My Vibrant Harmony, Ily offers intimate private and small-group Reiki trainings designed to support not only your understanding of Reiki, but your own unfolding. Through a warm, grounded, and heart-centered approach, you'll be guided on a journey of self-discovery, energetic awareness, and deeper connection to yourself and those around you.
As you move through each level, you'll learn how this ancient healing practice can become a meaningful part of your everyday life, supporting your own well-being, nurturing your family, and, if you're called, becoming a beautiful way to serve your community.
For students who feel inspired to offer Reiki professionally, your journey doesn't have to end with certification. An optional Building Your Reiki Practice workshop is available after Reiki Level II, offering practical guidance on creating a welcoming healing space, understanding the foundations of a Reiki business, developing an authentic brand, and confidently sharing your work with the world.
These teachings aren't simply techniques to memorize, they become a way of living with greater presence, compassion, and intention.
This is more than a certification. It's a homecoming. And if your path leads you there, it's also the beginning of a practice that is uniquely your own.
REIKI LEVEL I
(First Degree)
Introduction to Energy Healing
Reiki Level I is the beginning of a beautiful journey inward, an invitation to reconnect with yourself through the gentle practice of Reiki.
In this foundational training, you'll explore the history and philosophy of Usui Reiki, learn about the body's energy centers (chakras), and discover practical self-healing techniques to support your everyday well-being. Through guided practice, meditation, and discussion, you'll experience Reiki as both a personal practice and a way of offering compassionate care to others.
Together, we'll explore the Five Reiki Principles developed by Dr. Mikao Usui, practice giving and receiving Reiki, and cultivate a deeper understanding of energy, presence, and nervous system support. This experience culminates in your Level I Reiki attunement and certification, empowering you to begin your own Reiki practice with confidence.

Four-Week Integration Series – Meet once a week for approximately 1½–2 hours, allowing time to practice, reflect, and integrate each lesson between classes.

Immersive Weekend Training – Complete the same Level I curriculum in a spacious weekend format, ideal for those traveling or preferring an immersive learning experience.
Both formats include the complete Reiki Level I curriculum, guided practice, your Reiki Level I attunement, course materials, and certification upon completion.

REIKI LEVEL II - Practitioner
(Second Degree)
Deepen your practice. Expand your confidence. Step into sharing Reiki with others.
Reiki Level II is an invitation to deepen the connection you've begun with Reiki and continue your journey as both a student and practitioner. Building upon the foundation established in Reiki Level I, this training introduces the sacred Reiki symbols and explores new ways of working with energy for yourself, others, and across distance.
Through guided practice, discussion, and hands-on experience, you'll learn how to thoughtfully incorporate the Reiki symbols into your sessions, offer distance Reiki, explore chakra assessment, and develop confidence in designing and facilitating complete Reiki sessions.
As you continue practicing giving and receiving Reiki, you'll deepen your intuition, strengthen your energetic awareness, and experience your Level II Reiki attunement, marking your transition to the Reiki Practitioner level.

This session provides an opportunity to experience Reiki from the client perspective, deepen your own healing process, and prepare for the next stage of your training.
REIKI LEVEL III
(Third Degree: A)
In the Reiki IIIA intensive, you will be attuned at a Master level which means taking responsibility for our life situations, our need for healing (rebalancing), and allowing ourselves to move toward living our Higher Purpose in life. We will practice Reiki to clear old energy patterns that are inhibiting us from the transformation we seek to move on our path.
In this experiential workshop you will explore a deeper connection to your Higher Self and Higher Purpose through meditation, learn the meaning and application of the Healing Master Symbols, and experience giving and receiving Reiki.

REIKI LEVEL III - MASTER TEACHER
(Third Degree: B)
As Reiki Master-Teachers we are taking the gift and grace of Reiki to others. Reiki III B is for those who wish to teach Reiki and continue their own Reiki healing and spiritual transformation.
This will be an informational and experiential workshop to learn how to pass the attunements of the Three Degrees of Reiki. As Reiki Master Teachers we are deepening our commitment of that decision as a Reiki Master to live Reiki as a way of life – to inspire, to guide, and to heal every aspect of our lives.

Building Your Reiki Practice
A practical and heart-centered workshop for Reiki Practitioners ready to begin sharing their gifts with confidence.
Completing Reiki Level II is an exciting milestone—but knowing how to begin offering Reiki professionally can feel overwhelming.
This workshop was created to bridge that gap.
Together, we'll explore the practical, creative, and energetic foundations of building a Reiki practice that feels authentic, aligned, and sustainable. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula, you'll be encouraged to create a practice that reflects your own values, personality, and unique way of holding space.
