While sound therapy has been shown to reduce stress and enhance well-being, results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Participation in a sound bath or vibrational session is always voluntary and done at your own discretion.

Clients with sound sensitivity, epilepsy, hearing aids, metal implants, or pregnancy should consult with a physician before participating in sound therapy. Please notify Ily in advance of any sensitivities or concerns so the session can be adjusted accordingly.

At My Vibrant Harmony Healing Arts, all services are offered with deep respect, confidentiality, and energetic integrity. Sessions are guided by consent, mutual trust, and a trauma-aware approach. You will never be touched without permission, and you are always in control of your experience.

Ily is a certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, but she is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or counselor. Energy work is a complementary practice and should not replace professional care from licensed providers.

If anything during a session ever feels unclear, overwhelming, or emotionally intense, you are encouraged to pause, ask questions, or take breaks as needed. This is your space, and your sovereignty is sacred here.

👧🏽 Reiki & Sound Healing for Minors

Reiki and sound healing can be deeply supportive for children and teens. However, for clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before booking a session.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment unless prior arrangements are made. These policies help ensure comfort, trust, and transparency for all involved.

Workshops, sound baths, and ceremonies are sacred spaces of communal healing. By attending, you agree to uphold the integrity of the space by arriving with presence, care, and respect for others.

• Confidentiality: Personal shares within the group are to be held in confidence and not discussed outside the container.

• Participation: You are always welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you. All practices are invitational.

🛍️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because your session time is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No refunds are issued for missed appointments or late arrivals. For workshops and group events, refund policies vary and will be clearly stated upon registration.
