Movement & Imagination

ChakraDance Kids™ blends movement, music, storytelling, and creative art to help children explore their emotions, creativity, and inner confidence in a playful and nurturing environment.

Story-Based Learning

Each class is guided by a magical fairytale connected to one of the body’s energy centers. Through story, dance, yoga-inspired movement, and art, children naturally express themselves and connect with their feelings.

Chakradance Kids Origins

Chakradance Kids is a movement-based wellbeing program that originated in Australia, designed to support early childhood development through music, storytelling, and creative expression. Rooted in play-based learning and aligned with Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the program nurtures confidence, emotional awareness, and connection in children ages 3–6. While often offered in “Kindy” settings abroad, these classes translate beautifully into our preschool and Kinder years here, offering a gentle, imaginative space for children to move, express, and simply be.

Chakradance Kids also includes a Primary-level program for older children ages 5-9, which I’m excited to continue training in as this space grows. For now, offerings are centered around the Kinder (ages 3–6) classes, creating a playful, supportive foundation for our youngest explorers.
